Heights Dental Tampa was opened by Dr. Kenneth Jainandan as a boutique alternative to chain and corporate dental offices. The vision was simple: build a practice where patients are treated with respect and dignity, where pricing is transparent, and where the team has the time to actually listen.
From the moment you walk in, the office is meant to feel a little more like a calm Seminole Heights neighbor and a little less like a clinic. Operatories are spacious. Each room has a TV. The team will hand you a folder, a pen and a couple of sugar-free lollipops on the way out. Patients regularly describe the visit as "spa-like" – and that is very much on purpose.
Behind the experience is serious clinical training. Dr. Jainandan studied at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, an Ivy League institution rated the nation's top dental school by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center, a Trauma 1 facility in New York City. He brings that background to a wide range of work, from routine cleanings to all-porcelain crowns, implant restorations and full-mouth reconstructions.

Dr. Jainandan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, an Ivy League institution and the nation's top-rated dental institution by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. He completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center, a premier Trauma 1 medical facility in New York City, where he gained extensive experience treating complex dental and surgical cases.
Prior to dental school, he attended Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, majoring in Biology and Latin American / Caribbean Affairs and graduating with honors. He has served as both an associate and managing clinical dentist, with extensive cosmetic work including all-porcelain crowns, veneers, implant restorations and full-mouth reconstructions. He also enjoys volunteer dental work, from right here in Florida to overseas in Botswana.
He maintains membership in the Academy of General Dentistry and continually invests in continuing education to stay current with the latest dental technologies. Outside of the office, he is an unapologetic Disney fan (ask to see the pin collection), a traveler across Europe, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and South America, and a happy regular in Tampa's burgeoning food scene.
On the ground floor of the Hite apartment building on N. Florida Ave, our office was designed from the floor plan up around comfort, calm lighting and quiet workflow.
We are a small, single-location practice on N. Florida Ave. That focus is the point – it lets us invest in equipment, training and the people who actually take care of you.
